AOL Mail displays three different types of error messages and each has its own meaning. AOL has named the error messages for its mail service Blerk, Gah and Zoids. Let's first understand what to do if you see a Zoids error message in your AOL email account.

Zoids error messages are divided into three types. AOL has chosen to name the Zoids error message by their given numbers. We will talk about solving the three error messages one by one.

Solving Zoids error 8 messages: 

Zoids error 8 message will be encountered by the user when ERR1805 arises in the AOL Mail account. ERR1805 is renamed to Zoids error 8 messages to simplify the calling name of the error message, thus providing ease of use to both users and customer representative of AOL.

 ERR1805 or Zoids error 8 messages will arise when there is an issue loading AOL Mail on the user’s device. There can be many reasons why you could face issues related to loading of AOL Mail. 

Spotty internet connection, low storage space, outdated browser, cache building on device and security reasons are some of the examples why AOL Mail could not get loaded in a jiffy on your desktop or mobile browser. 

Usually, waiting for a few minutes and then reloading your web browser will fix this issue. But if the same problem still persists and you continue to see this error message then after waiting for a few more minutes, try sign in using AOL Mail Basic Version, which delivers the same great mail experience as regular AOL Mail does.

 AOL Mail Basic Version is optimized for slower internet connections, such as dial-up.

Solving Zoids error 9 messages: 

The Zoids error 9 message is coded by the name of ERR1116. Zoids error 9 message or ERR1116 will be displayed by the system when the user attempts to sign in to AOL Mail with an account type that is not supported by the AOL system. To resolve or mitigate this error message, you can try to sign in with a different AOL username or email address.

Solving Zoids error 16 messages: 

User will see the Zoids error 16 messages when the error code ERR2600 arises in the AOL Mail account. Zoids error 16 message or ERR2600 is a very serious error message because this error only gets displayed when the user’s account violates AOL Mail’s Terms of Service. After the display of ERR2600, the user gets few warnings to not further violate the AOL Mail’s Terms of Service. But if the user still continues to break the Terms of Service then AOL locks and suspends the account. To unlock and recover the account, the user can call on AOL customer service number or drop an email to AOL customer service. Please make sure to include an email address that you can be reached at in your email to AOL customer service asking to unlock your AOL Mail account. Do not include your suspended AOL email address.

Here we learnt about various Zoids error messages and the solutions by which we can remove them from our account.
